Milan, July 2, 2025 – Valente Associati GEB Partners / Crowe Valente announce the return of Ms. Diletta Fuxa as Partner in the Transfer Pricing practice, 14 years after her initial tenure at the Firm.

With experience gained in international settings and within leading corporate groups, Ms. Fuxa brings a wealth of advanced expertise in econometric and statistical analysis applied to transfer pricing, with a particular focus on advanced quantitative models. Her areas of specialization include the design of TP solutions integrated with the control measures required by Cooperative Compliance programs and Tax Control Framework models.

Her return completes and strengthens the Firm’s capabilities in the areas of Value Chain Analysis, Quantitative Price Setting, and Effective Tax Risk Management, with the aim of offering tailor-made solutions to multinational groups increasingly focused on transparency and proactive tax risk management.
